All pricing shown is base pricing. Final pricing is confirmed after onboarding + discovery verifies your infrastructure, licensing, security posture, and required add-ons. Service availability and final contract terms are determined by the service agreement.
A device is any employee endpoint that requires security, patching, monitoring, backups, and user support.
Network infrastructure is not billed as per-device endpoints. It is managed based on your package tier and add-ons.
Included support hours (where applicable) are use-it-or-lose-it and reset monthly. No carryover. No stacking. Subscribers receive discounted hourly rates for out-of-scope work.
Before BearIT can support your environment responsibly, we have to gain secure administrative control and verify what’s actually in place. Onboarding + discovery fees are determined by complexity and licensing.
